Naveo is a mobile application that provides guided tours. To fully utilize our app, a subscription through the Play Store or App Store is required. The app offers audio information and guidance for visiting cities and regions.

We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by the Naveo app. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, information may be subject to change without notice.
4. Safety and Responsibility
We do not guarantee the safety of the locations visited. By using the Naveo app, you acknowledge that we disclaim all responsibility for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur during your visit. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of your belongings while using the app.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Naveo app, you assume full responsibility for all decisions made during your guided tour. This includes, but is not limited to, choosing destinations, incurring expenses, and undertaking actions. You are also responsible for anything that happens to you during the guided tour.
6. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features of the Naveo app requires a paid subscription through the Play Store or App Store. Payment and subscription terms are governed by the policies of the download platform you use (Google Play or Apple App Store). We are not responsible for any payment issues or subscriptions made through these platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Naveo website and app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Naveo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without the prior written consent of Naveo.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with applicable regulations for digital content, you agree that the content provided by the Naveo app is immediately considered consumed. Consequently, you do not have a right of withdrawal or refund once the purchase or subscription has been made and the content has been downloaded or used.
